Excellent building services We have used Gary Bailey and his team 3 times now for different projects and he always does a fantastic job, is 100% trustworthy and completely reliable. We wouldn't consider using any other builder in Cardiff as he is definitely the best!

Good quality work Gary and the team arrived on the planned date and all through the extension construction his team kept me well informed of progress and any emerging issues. Once the work began the team remained on site until completion, which was in the agreed timescale.The team had an obvious attention to detail with regular photographs at important stages of the work. The work was completed to a high standard. Once the work was completed the site was thoroughly cleaned. Gary operates at a highly professional level and there are no hidden costs and his payment process is open and transparent.

I contracted Bailey Building & Roofing Ltd to replace an old GRP roof with a proper tiled roof as well as replacing some old wood in the porch with white PVC sections. The weather during the work was atrocious with rain falling most days and thus no construction could be carried out. Gary Bailey was regularly in touch with me to advise if the two builders would arrive weather permitting. Building work excellent, communication good.
